When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Most deliveries arrive within roughly 1-3 weeks depending on the item, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

What bulb does it use, and is one included?

It depends on the lamp. Many of our pieces have integrated LEDs or are rechargeable; others use a standard household bulb fitting. Check the product page for the exact spec of the lamp you're viewing.

Are the lamps dimmable?

Many of our lamps are dimmable or offer multiple colour-temperature settings. Each product page lists exactly what that lamp supports.

How do I set it up?

Most of our lamps are plug-in or rechargeable and need no installation. Any hardwired fittings come with standard connectors.

What's your return policy?

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

Is there a guarantee?

Every order is covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
