We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within roughly 1-3 weeks of dispatch, depending on the item and your location. Some items ship from closer warehouses and arrive sooner. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact support@scandiglow.store.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email support@scandiglow.store and we'll help locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
