Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your lighting. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@scandiglow.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or damaged items

Every order is covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. If a defect appears, email us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
